NON EU COMPANIES

• Certified copy of the Memorandum of Association
• Certified copy of the current Articles of Association
• Chamber of Commerce registration certificate or equivalent document for the country of origin
• Certified copy of the most recently approved Financial Report
• Valid identification document with a photograph and indications of all relevant personal details, including the registered residence, issued by a national or foreign public authority of the legal representative, of the persons with powers of signature and of the effective account holders (economic beneficiaries)
• Certified copy of the resolution of the General Meeting or of the Board of Directors, or of the company body with similar functions and powers, indicating the appointment and any variations in legal representatives and the persons with powers of signature or of management of relations conducted with accredited intermediaries, so as to ensure that all persons involved are duly authorized
• Documents not in Italian must be accompanied by a sworn translation by a translator listed in an official registry of his/her respective country, and by an apostille certifying that the documents have the necessary requisites of validity.
